Pipe marking

On ships, pipes are labelled according to ISO 14726 in order to identify what they contain and thereby create a safe working environment and prevent confusion. The colour code can be supplemented by the flow direction indicator or arrow marks directly integrated in the design of the label. The self-adhesive foils are available as single-colour and multi-colour options, and need to be selected depending on the respective operating medium in the pipe. The standardized colour combinations are in the tables on the following pages.
